Battery Management Terms

Free evaluation up to a quantity of 30 individual batteries per shipment.

Customer must pay shipping fee’s when sending batteries into BIAS. If the customer would like the batteries returned then a shipping fee will be added.

Online RMA Terms

Software Upload

If customers express that terminals can be Formatted, Blanked or have their Operating Systems reloaded, resulting in all customers software and settings to be deleted, then BIAS Technology Support Ltd is not responsibility for any delays caused by the customer not supply the required software, configurations and loading information.

If the customer request the terminal to be returned blank (no software or configuration loaded) then it the customers responsibility to load their own software and configurations; BIAS Technology Support Ltd will note this on the returned Job Sheet.

If customers supply the relevant software, configurations and loading information then BIAS Technology Support Ltd will attempt a best effort to reload the software and application, but will not be held responsible for any errors or misconfiguration and any subsequent costs involved. It is the customers responsibility to qualify any software and configuration loaded by BIAS Technology Support Ltd and to report any errors.

Any software and configurations will remain with BIAS Technology Support Ltd for storage purposes only, but still remain intellectual property of the customer. BIAS Technology Support Ltd will delete the software and configurations at the customer’s request. All software falls under the data protection act.


Very Important

Deregister any devices that are registered with Google’s Android Zero Touch Service before sending to Repair depot.

If a Product is registered with Google’s Android Zero Touch Service, it is Customer and/or End-User Customer’s responsibility to deregister such Product from the Google Android Zero Touch Service portal prior to returning the Product to BIAS. BIAS will not be responsible for any delay in Turnaround Time of the repair of such Product, if either the Customer or the End-User Customer fails to deregister the Product prior to returning the Product to BIAS for repair. BIAS will attempt to contact Company at the contact information provided by Company a total of 3 times either by phone call or email to inform Company of the delay of the repair to device(s) due to Company s failure to deregister its device(s).

If BIAS cannot fully test the terminal due to Google’s Android Zero Touch Service, then the terminal will not be covered under the 90 warranty period.
